Workshop jobs & specialist work
Yes, I do! Most e-bike servicing is the same as regular bike servicing anyway — the gears, brakes, wheels and other parts all work in the same way as a regular bike and require the same servicing. For the most part, e-bike motors and batteries are sealed units and are best left alone, but we can diagnose and repair any issues that might pop up.
Yes. I keep common parts such as tyres, brake pads, chains and cassettes in stock meaning that we can repair 90% of bikes on the same day. If your bike requires something I don’t have on hand I will let you know and order it in.
I am also more than happy to sell these parts separately — if you need something and want to install it yourself I can sell you what you need.
Here at Bottle Lake Bikes I want to see you back out and riding as quickly as possible. I can nearly always make time to fit you in at short notice. If you need your bike repaired urgently, Bottle Lake Bikes is your best bet, we can probably help today.
Yes. As far as possible, I try to be flexible and work with customers' schedules. Feel free to get in touch to organise an after-hours drop-off time, or otherwise feel free to just drop by and try your luck.
Yes. I normally have a couple of bikes available that I am more than happy to loan you to ride back home or to work while I work on yours.
